Hi, I'm Regina Campbell from The Campbell Law Group. We're here today to talk about tortious interference and how to identify it. It's going to be a five-part series on what tortious interference is, and we'll give you some hints and clues on how to identify it.

First, let's start off with what most people do not realize: there are several types of tortious interference within the business realm. There are actually two of them, but one of them is known by the same name. The first one we'll talk about is tortious interference with a contractual relationship. The second one we're going to talk about is tortious interference with an advantageous business relationship, which is often known as tortious interference with an economic relationship. Each one of them has its own separate elements and factors that you need to look out for, to see if you have a potential cause of action for tortious interference. Stay tuned to learn a little bit more about each one.
