How We Empower Clients

It's not about you. It's about what the clients want. It's about helping find solutions, solving problems. When you're stuck on assuming it has to be one or the other, you do an injustice to your client, and you aren't able to bridge the gap. One is a business sense; one is a legal sense. You have to be able to put yourself in the shoes of your clients, to understand that they have to worry about the legal aspect, but they also have to worry about the continuation of the business, market forces, the realities they're facing.

And explain to them the risks they're going to take if they choose one direction or the other. By doing that, you empower them, and you give them the knowledge to understand their parameters and the reality that exists between the legal and the business world.
