Hi, I'm Regina Campbell from TCLG, also known as The Campbell Law Group, and I'm here to tell you a little bit about the services we can provide to your business on the litigation side. We are pretty much a full-service litigation firm, a boutique firm, and we do quite a bit of anything that has to do with businesses. So it might be shareholder disputes or member disputes, but it can also be fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference and, of course, breach of contract as well.

We can also do other types of litigation that involve complex international litigation or arbitration, most often seated here in Miami. A lot of times that means dealing with vendors, distributors, manufacturers, clients and business partners, pretty much anything within the business realm. And if there's something that we don't do, we'd be glad to refer you to one of our trusted friends and partners in this area. But we'd be glad to serve you, and we look forward to serving you in the future.

Also, we do employment law, particularly employer litigation defense, which might entail the defense of an FLSA claim, a discrimination claim, or any type of violation or employment claim on the employer's side. We can most certainly help you with those as well.
