Hi, I'm Regina Campbell from TCLG, also known as The Campbell Law Group, and I'm here today to tell you more about what we do in our transactional services. We can help businesses with most services related to any kind of contracts or transactions. But just to give you an idea, we can do business formation. We can also do corporate governance documents. We're also going to be doing the new series LLCs, which we're really excited about, to help entrepreneurs and investors organize and minimize the need for so many different companies, and run them efficiently while also protecting you from your creditors and keeping them individual.

We can also do the buying and selling of businesses, and the buying and selling of interests, whether it's a corporation or a company. We also do manufacturing and client-vendor agreements, distribution agreements and, of course, operating agreements. We really are an outside GC for any company that needs any assistance, even if it's preparing vendor agreements or confidentiality agreements. So we can do quite a bit.

We also have a separate aspect called TCLG Advisory Group, which focuses on packages for clients who might need some kind of on-demand outside GC work on the transactional side, and also some data compliance and legal management, a niche area that we do within TCLG Advisory. In addition, we do risk management, which helps you look at your documents and protect you, whether it's from creditors or potential outside risks to your businesses, such as potential shareholder disputes and problems. So we take a look at those agreements and try to ensure that they're as protective as possible for you. And we also do things such as prenups and postnups. They protect you from other potential risks that might come either with marriage, or even with probate or estate issues, or business succession plans.
