AI Can Write Your Contract—But Does It Understand Your Business?

It is very important for business owners to have representation up front, to understand what risks they are taking in contracts, what risks they are taking to do business with some other company, with clients and so forth. There are many ways of doing it. To just use an AI contract does not do yourself or your business justice, because you really don't understand it.

I cannot tell you how many clients really just don't know what they are signing: "This is what this term would mean. This is what you're giving up." And probably eight out of 10 times, they are very surprised to hear that's what the contract means. If you have the right lawyer, they are going to foresee what needs to be seen in your business, understand your business, and look ahead and say, "This is what you need to look out for. This is what you need to be concerned with."
