We specialize particularly in corporate law. We do transactional work and litigation. That basically means that we can help put together documents for you: operating agreements, distribution agreements, employment agreements. We can fashion buy-sell agreements. If you want to sell your business, we can help you through the entire process. If you want to buy a business, we can help you through the entire process. If, for instance, you find yourself in the unfortunate situation where you do have to start a lawsuit or defend a lawsuit, we're there to do so as well.

At The Campbell Law Group, I've learned that we listen to all of our clients. We're very thorough when dealing with any problems or preventing any problems. We try to cover everything from all possible angles. We try to do the best for our clients, and if that means putting ourselves in their shoes to try to understand what they're going through, or to try to understand everything in that field, we will do it. It's not about you. It's about what the clients want. It's about helping solve problems.

When you're stuck on assuming it has to be one or the other, you're doing an injustice to your client, or you're unable to bridge the gap. One is a business sense; one is a legal sense. You have to be able to put yourself in the shoes of your clients, to understand that they have to worry about the legal aspect, but they also have to worry about the continuation of the business, market forces, and the reality that they're facing, and explain to them the risks they're going to take if they choose one direction or the other. By doing that, you empower them, and you give them the knowledge to understand their parameters and the reality that exists between the legal and the business world.
